Data handling

This page describes how Paramount Software handles client data today: where it lives, how it is processed, and who can reach it. It is a statement of current practice as at the date above, not a contract. We review it and update the date when our practice changes.

Where your data lives

Client data is hosted and processed in Australian cloud regions on AWS and Azure, in environments Paramount controls. By default it stays in Australian regions and does not go offshore without your prior approval.

How the platform runs

The automation platform is our own product, built and operated by Paramount in our own cloud accounts. Your requirements are integrated into the platform; you connect your systems and data to it. You do not host, patch, or maintain any software - that work stays on our side.

Foreign AI models

Some capabilities use AI language models hosted outside Australia. Where that applies:

  • Data is sent to a foreign-hosted model only at your request or with your prior approval, never by default.
  • We tell you which models are involved and what data would be sent before anything is switched on.

Access

Access in our environments follows least privilege. People and systems get only the permissions the job needs, for as long as the job needs them.

Retention

We keep client data only as long as the work requires. When it is no longer needed, it is removed.
